Shipping Policy

At Sweet Dreams, we’re here to make your day sweeter — and that includes getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Here’s how we handle shipping:


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak times (like launches or holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 business days — but we’ll always keep you posted.


Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $40


Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your candy all the way to your doorstep.


Warm Weather Shipping

Our chews are soft, fruity, and fun , but heat can be a challenge. During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to reduce the risk of melting in transit.

 

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, Sweet Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
